What We Offer
Collaborative Workshops
360 Collective recognizes the power of mindset and the impact of inspiration, motivation, shared vision, and resilience on an organization's success. Drawing upon our experiences as teachers, counselors, school leaders and consultants, 360 Collective designs interactive one-day workshops and presentations to address organizational themes / needs while arousing in the audience feelings of enthusiasm, hope, empowerment, and purpose. Our workshops are single-day experiences lasting between 2-6 hours based on partner need.
Immersive Learning
360 Collective brings a wealth of experience to its team and capacity building approach. Meaningful professional development is collaborative, relevant, and immediately benefits people and the organization. As importantly, any worthwhile learning experience helps realize a lofty aspiration or solve a pressing challenge. 360 Collective works with partners to design collaborative, interactive experiences which meet the unique needs of the organization. Our professional development experiences are flexible, lasting up to 12 weeks in dosages up to 8 hours each week.
Customized Consulting
To enhance our workshops and learning, and more deeply support the development of our partners, we offer customized on-site consulting and coaching. While our approach is tailored to meet the needs of our partners, we believe effective consulting and coaching grows out of trust and succeeds through empowering the partner to think, feel and act as their best and truest self. Therefore, every coaching relationship is founded and built upon the strengths and assets of our partner, and from this starting point, capacity is deepened and developed.
